A UX research project conducted at École de Design Nantes Atlantique, investigating user behaviours and interaction patterns. Instaplax combined qualitative research methods — interviews, observation, and contextual inquiry — to uncover insights that informed the design of a more intuitive experience.

The research-first approach ensured that design decisions were grounded in real user needs rather than assumptions, following a rigorous methodology from field work through to synthesis and design recommendations.
